Following FSE09 - Charting the Course, FSE11 - Raising the Bar,
seeks to explore steps that must be taken to bring matunity to Fire Safety Engineering
by addressing the issues and setting targets for their resolution. The contributions
will advance the engineering and science aspects of the subject, their application, advancing
and exploiting new ideas consistent with FSE11 - Raising the Bar theme.
The presentations in the plenary and technical sessions form the basis of
this International Conference with ample time for delegate discussion and interaction,
